What is a martyr? 

 1: a person who displays or exaggerates their discomfort or distress in order to obtain sympathy or admiration.

2: a constant sufferer from an ailment

If you have been struggling with inflammation, you are in the right place!  This session will help heal emotions and energetic issues you have that contribute to physical inflammation.  You may or may not be surprised that inflammation is connected to our self-worth and self-love, I could have also labeled this session, "Self-Worth Session." So cool!

This Session was created to help release and heal energetic issues that manifest physically as High Blood Pressure, or for anyone who is feeling like they are under any type of pressure.   Pressure from your family, from friends, from work, from yourself, if your are feeling any pressure, this session is for you! 

This session will help you remove blocks, remove false beliefs, remove curse energy and use guided imagery to help shift and heal energy regarding pressure.

This session was created to help heal the energetic issues with the body's lymphatic system.  The lymphatic system is in charge of flow, defending the body against infection as well as keeping the fluid levels in the body balanced.  

If you are struggling with chronic illness, exhaustion, or swelling, this session is for you.  

Removing blocks to shielding, feeling more confident in your own skin and stepping into your power. 

I am SO excited to offer “Words of Encouragement” Sessions for you!  One of my very favorite things is getting a “Word of the Year.”  It is also one of my favorite things to do for others!  With times being as tense and stressful as of late, I thought this could bring some sunshine your way! 

You can order as often as you’d like and receive a new word specific to you and your situation.  It will help to bring your energy some focus, peace, and clarity.  In this mini session, I will help you release an energy that is no longer serving you, and then I will replace that energy with an energy that WILL serve and bless you in your life moving forward.
