Does your life feel clogged up or slow moving?  Do you feel stuck in limbo wishing things were different?

This session was created to help heal the energetic issues with the body's lymphatic system.  The lymphatic system is in charge of flow, defending the body against infection, as well as keeping the fluid levels in the body blanaced.  If you are struggling with chronic illness, exhaustion, or swelling, this session is for you.  As you know as we work with the energetic issues, physical issues can resolve!

Journaling can bring answers in fast, I’m including some journal prompts to help bring more clarity into your personal situation.  To journal, you will want to copy each prompt down on a separate piece of paper, skip a line and write everything and anything that comes to your mind. It helps if you are hydrated and grounded.  Taking 3 purposeful deep breaths will also help before you begin. 

Tapping is a highly effective way to help reprogram the brain, to use these scripts, simply tap on your forehead or collarbone or anywhere on yourself that feels correct, while repeating each script out loud 3 times.

If you are in a public space, you can imagine yourself tapping and saying each script out loud 3 times.  Energy is awesome like that.

You can also come back and use these at any time.  If a few stick out to you, I invite you to write them down and place them somewhere you will see them daily and repeat and tap them in often.
