I help guide you through removing blocks, false beliefs, curse energy, that is causing energetic pressure. This session also uses guided imagery to help your subconscious process and shift these energies, that will result in healing.
It is provided in written and audio format for ease of use. You can listen while you fold laundry, exercise, run errands or get other tasks done while you listen, or you can read it within about 10 minutes. Once you purchase this session it is yours, and you can come back and relisten or reread it any time you feel the need to release pressure.
It has tapping scripts, tools to help remove false beliefs and curse energy, and journal prompts to help you understand yourself and next steps.
Journaling can bring answers in fast. I’m including some journal prompts to help bring more clarity into your personal situation. To journal, you will want to copy a prompt down on a separate piece of paper, skip a line and write everything and anything that comes to your mind. When you feel that you have received an answer you can move onto the next question, write it down, skip a line, and repeat the process one question at a time. It helps if you are hydrated and grounded. Taking 3 purposeful deep breaths will also help before you begin.
We are going to tap in 6 new beliefs that will serve you going forward, to tap them in, you will gently tap on your forehead or collarbone with your 4 fingers, while repeating each line out loud 3 times. (If you are in a public space, you can imagine yourself tapping and repeating these out loud in your mind.)
